All in One DashBot Activation (Login) Guide
This guide applies to the All in One DashBot only.

How to Activate your App
1) Install the app into your chrome or opera browser
2) Navigate to the options page / left click the upper right hand corner dashboard icon and click "Login"
3) Enter your payment email address into the activation email field. This is the email address that the app was delivered to and the email address that you downloaded this app from. Ensure that you are entering this email in ALL LOWER CASE LETTERS.
If activation is successful on the Supreme app, you will receive a message stating “Activation Success”
If activation is successful on any other app, the app will redirect you to the settings panel once login is successful

Activation failed means that you are either not entering the proper email, not entering your correct email properly, Heated Sneaks has not activated your email yet, or that you've disabled your login activation.
Only view the steps below if you have already successfully logged into the app on one or more occasions previously.



TroubleShooting Guide (READ THIS IF YOU ARE HAVING ISSUES LOGGING IN)
  1. Open app login page and enter your email
  2. Click Login 2-3 times after entering tour email properly as explained on activation guide
  3. Close the popup window / activation screen where you entered your email
  4. Wait 10-15 minutes
  5. Re-open the login page and retry
  6. If this does not work, RESET YOUR ACTIVATION BELOW.

IMPORTANT NOTES
  • You must update your app to the latest versions: Software Updates
  • Clear your cache, cookies, history and all browser date
  • ENSURE THE APP IS INSTALLED ON ONE DEVICE ONLY.
  • A SERVER AND A COMPUTER ARE TWO SEPARATE DEVICES
  • DO NOT CLICK THE DEACTIVATE BUTTON
  • ONCE LOGGED IN, DO NOT LOG OUT
  • Try to add a space after your email if your activation will not work.
  • You can click OK/Login/Activate then let the page load for a few minutes, then close the popup window and re open to be logged in.​​
If you are receiving "Activation Failed" message or the endless spinning wheel of login failure, follow the steps below....

1) Ensure that your Google Chrome or Opera browser is supporting your extension. Ensure that the extension is not corrupted, not allowing you to enable extensions, graying out the extensions, disabling unsupported extensions, removing extensions, marking your extension as broken or simply giving you problems when you are trying to utilize chrome/opera extension apps. If you are you experiencing any of these issues, view here.
Ensure that your app is up to date - latest version

2) Ensure that developer mode is ON!
3) Ensure that you have installed the app ONE time, and one time ONLY. Repeatedly Uninstall/Reinstalling/Installing multiple times will trip up our activation system and cause your login activated email to be automatically disabled.
4) Only use a browser that supports the app extension. Using an browser that does not support the extension will result in login failure. View step "1)" for more info.
5) Ensure that you are using the most up to date app version - and only that version. Check the most up to date versions here.

Activation Reset Instructions


If you have deactivated your login activation, or left the app logged in on a different server or device, do the following to reset your login.

1. Install All in One DashBot on your desired machine and navigate to the login page.
2. Attempt to login with your email per the above instructions.
3. If you are allowed into the app, your activation is successful and you can use the bot.
4. If your email is "not found in database" continue with the following steps.

5. Refresh the Login Page
6. Click "Problems with Login? Click Here to reset your key"

7. Enter your registered email that you entered at checkout on heatedsneaks.com upon ordering exactly correct, in all lowercase letters, then click reset.
8. If you receive "Success. You can Login Now", simply click "Go Back to Login Page", enter your same email, and click login.

9. If you enter your email incorrectly, or do not enter the registered email you entered at checkout on heatedsneaks.com, you will get a "Error" message. Error = the email you are entering is not in our database, as it is not what you entered at checkout on heatedsneaks.com.

You may locate your heatedsneaks.com order confirmation # from your order confirmation email or download email.
You must allow Heated Sneaks up to 24-48 hours to respond to your email and/or to reset your activated login email. DO NOT contact us on the day of / night before release and expect us to immediately reset your login activated email. Always contact us at least 48 hours in advance of every release. Contacting us minutes / hours before a release is a terrible idea and will likely result in failure due to user error.
If you do not use the exact email template provided above, Heated Sneaks will not be able to reset your login activation.
